Slightly Obsessed Twilight Fans!

I just got back from an amazing Twilight Party! My friend, Michelle threw a great BASH in her beautiful backyard for 30 other SLIGHTLY OBSESSED TWILIGHT FANS.

The themed decorations were enchanting . . . notice the apples, flower petals and ribbons used as table centerpieces, honoring each book jacket:

The treats were DIVINE! I stopped dipping fruit in the chocolate fountain . . . I ladeled it into my mouth with a spoon, instead!

Me, Michelle and Alisha in our matching shirts (designed by Michelle.) Notice Michelle's handmade necklace . . . complete with a wolf carved from bone and a little chrystal heart . . . to signify both of Bella's loves. I cheated at all the games so I could win one. Which is worse? Coveting a necklace or being dishonest to get the necklace?

These are my best Twilight BUDS . . . Jen Vranes and Tiffany Idiart, my sister-in-law, 8 mos. pregnant. . . but still goin' strong!

At Midnight, some of the more DIE-HARD fans went to Barnes and Noble to pick up our copy of Stephenie Meyer's Breaking Dawn, book 4 in the Twilight series.

WHAT AM I DOING BLOGGIN AT 1AM, WHEN I COULD BE READING BREAKING DAWN?

My copy of Breaking Dawn won't be here for a few more days, I can't wait! I got invited to go to an advance screening of the movie, on the 10th of December (Livy's birthday). I am already excited for that! Your Twillight party looks like a blast! Did you play games based on the book?

Your Twilight party looks like soooo much fun. I love the decorations, shirts, chocolate, and the necklace that you "won." I'm anxiously waiting for me friend to finish the book, so I can start reading it!! (I borrowed the other three books, although having to wait is making me want to purchase the entire set!) That's a good excuse, right?

Please tell me that my sister isn't another one of the brainwashed teenage girls that is obssessed with this horrible author!!!! She doesn't even research the town in which she depicts her stories!!! Come on there are plenty of decent authors out there that are LDS that can actually write a novel!! I guess I should be thankful that you have had your kids previous to this unhealthy obsession so that you won't be numberred among the ranks of the so easily swade, weak-minded, fools that name their poor children Isabella "belle". I would be considering disowning you if you had. Love you Sarah.
p.s. if you need a substantial list of GOOD reading material, I'd be happy to send a few hundred thousand that are infintismally better than anything this so called LDS Stephanie girl could ever hope to spit out onto paper!!
