Ruby Ruth and Italia: Sardinia!!

My BYU roommate and good friend Genny had her baby on Monday, Oct. 6th!! What a beautiful baby! It looks like she'll have long fingers like her Mamma! Love you, Miss Ruby Ruth!

My parents and I arrived in Sardinia (Sardegna) LATE Monday night, pretty much around the time Miss Ruby was born!! The ride along the coast from the airport to Bosa, where Briana lives, with the moon shining on the sea, reminded me of Mamma Mia! The next morning, we got to know Luca right away and had to go for a Gelato Trip.

This is Briana, my baby sister (30 year old baby!) and Luca, her 4 year old stepson.

Luca and Grandpa played a game where Luca stole Grandpa's hat and tried to get Grandpa to chase him. It worked and Luca had a great time!

Then he stole things from everyone else, cracking us up with his antics. He is very entertaining and fun.

Briana took Luca horseback riding on a tree. I wish I would have videoed their discussion about the proper sound a horse makes. Very Cute Stuff!

Luca is adorable. I love the picture you took up close of him - another Sarah masterpiece. I bet seeing him made you miss your cuties at home.
Your sister is gorgeous, one of those natural beauties. As I picture this wedding that is about to take place I think of Mamma Mia too. You will have to post pictures from that too.

Luca seems like such a sweet child. I love the picture where your parents and Briana are laughing at his hat stealing skills.

What a fun game of hat stealing...Luca is such a cutie! There's a quote: "We all smile in the same language." or something like that...It's true, huh? Even if it's hard to communicate in the same language, you can still have fun and laugh and play. :)
