The inanimate love of Damian's life is BASKETBALL. He is coaching Josh's team and Josh seems to enjoy it as much as his dad. In this shot, you can see Damian and his team (Josh is the kid looking so serious)
In the next photo, Josh (#1) is hustling to help his BFF, Drake get the ball.
This pictures shows Drake in the far left and Josh yelling, "Get your head in the game" as he puts his head in, like he's doing the hokey pokey. He's the kid on his dancer feet in the far right.
I go to the games, I take my camera and shoot it the whole time. And I usually don't get any good pictures. This is the only one of both Drake and Josh where they aren't moving! These little squirts just don't stand still!
I love this picture of Josh shooting the ball. He told me later that he sank it. I was too busy taking pictures to actually see the details!!
And this picture shows a great play. Josh was about to shoot and the ball was knocked from his hands, from the front, into the kid behind Josh. The kid in the rear then hit Josh in the back of the head, trying to defend himself from the oncoming ball. Poor Josh, he got it from all sides!
Josh, even though I haven't taken any good pictures, I'll keep trying until you leave home. Since you are an Idiart, I'm sure you'll be playing ball for the rest of your life. Love you, Son!

I had to laugh at your comment that Drake and Josh wouldn't stand still. They're playing basketball--I don't think they are supposed to stand still. You'll just have to get one of those spendy cameras with the foot-long lenses to catch the action.

I too come from a frighteningly obsessed basketball family. Would you believe I played? Shhh, don't tell anyone.
You have to snap away constantly, you never know when something exciting is going to happen. I didn't know Josh was a baller, but you can't just a person by their appearance...as you learned from my husband.
Great footage. You just might get recruited from the local paper if you keep up the good work.
That is really fun that Damian is able to coach Josh's team. I think the pictures are good.
How fun! Matt really likes sports and we're excited for Jameson to start playing someday. I especially like the picture of Josh "getting it from all sides." What fun memories.
Josh is a very talented young man...basketball, piano, cooking, painting...Wow!!
Oh yeah, and that's awesome that you attend all his games and plan on taking pictures until he leaves home! My parents came to almost every single one of my dance recitals/performances/competitions, even when I was on Drill Team in high school. That's not easy, I'm sure...but it meant the world to me to know my parents were there cheering me on!
